The Cedar County Board of Health is the legal authority for the administration of Public Health in Cedar County as directed by the Iowa Code.
Iowa Association of Local Public Health Agencies
Cedar County Public Health is a member of the Iowa Association of Local Public Health Agencies, the Iowa Public Health Association, the Iowa Homecare Association, the National Association of City and County Health Officials, and the National Association of Home Care. Cedar County chaired the Region 6 CDC Bioterrorism Committee through its first three years.
