Cedar County EMS and MCM Consulting Group, Inc. are working to create a staffing plan that includes a director, operations supervisor, EMTs and paramedics.
Cedar County is currently identifying response zones. Response zones include the primary EMS agency and back up ambulance order. Dispatchers use the pre-determined response order to save precious time when you have an emergency.
