Vital Record and Marriage application system downtime at 9am today

The Iowa Department of Public Health will be performing maintenance on the IVES System beginning at 9am today. During that time we will be unable to process vital record requests and marriage license applications. If you come into the office to apply during the down time, we can call you once the system is back up and the record is ready. Otherwise, we can mail you record.
