Secondary Roads Shed Sealed Bids

The Cedar County Engineer will be accepting sealed bids until 4:00 pm on September 25, 2024 for the sale of a 14 feet by 36 feet shed located adjacent to our main shop at 622 West South Street, Tipton, IA 52772.  The shed is sold as is and must be removed in its entirety minus the concrete floor/foundation from county property by November 4, 2024

Proof of insurance must be provided with sealed bid.  The Cedar County Engineer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.  To view the shed, contact the County Engineer at 563-886-6102 to arrange a viewing time.
