Responsibilities

The Home Health Clinical Manager provides leadership, supervision and clinical assistance to the Home Health Registered Nurses and Home Health Aides while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The Home Health Division provides:

• Skilled nursing
• Personal cares
• Homemaking and respite services within Cedar County
• Budget management
• Quality improvement activities
• Staff education
• Performance management and evaluation

Requirements

• Current RN license (BSN preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
