ATV, ORV and Snowmobile Registration and Title
All current registrations
expire December 31, 2020. The renewal period began September 1, 2020.
Renewals after December 31,
2020 will be assessed a $5.00 late penalty.
Please include $1.00 postage
for renewals by mail.
If you would also like to
purchase your Iowa User permit to operate Snowmobiles on public land, ice,
trails and designated areas, please add $17.75 for each one.

ATV, OVR and Snowmobile Registration and Title
The Cedar County Recorder has the responsibility of registering and titling
ATV’s, ORV's and snowmobiles of Cedar County residents. The registrations expire
on December 31st of each year. Titles are required on all ATV’s registered
since January 2000 and on all snowmobiles registered since January 1998.
